You are the primary contact for accounting firms, working alongside the sales representative during the pilot phase: from the pilot/test stage and throughout the lifetime of the contracts.
You ensure clear and effective communication with your client, understand their needs, and make sure the project meets the firm’s requirements.
You grasp their challenges and demonstrate reliability and proactivity to provide the best possible support.
You are the main contact at the firm responsible for organizing the deployment of Pennylane within the firm.
You act as the bridge between the firms’ project teams and Pennylane’s teams to address all issues related to deploying the solution (training & support, etc.).
Using our analytical tools and a data-driven approach, you will be able to inform your strategy and proactively propose recommendations to improve adoption of our tool and migration solutions for our partners.

You have experience in an accounting firm, audit and/or consulting firm, startup/scale-up, or a corporate environment.
You have solid accounting fundamentals without necessarily being an expert.
You have an interest in technology.
You possess a sharp critical and analytical mindset, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Energetic and persuasive, you enjoy challenges and are results-oriented.
