Role Overview
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external supply chain planning partners
- Make decisions impacting the demand plan and communicate them to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve demand variances
- Participate in the financial forecasting process
- Contribute to special projects and other supply chain business strategy initiatives
Requirements
- College degree in Supply Chain, Business, or STEM related discipline
- 5+ years minimum of demand planning experience
- Knowledge of forecasting processes in sales, marketing operations, finance, and manufacturing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
- APICS Certification a plus
- Analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong mathematical/statistical abilities
- Intermediate proficiency using technology tools that enable demand planning and reporting
- Knowledgeable ability to use technology tools for collaboration with external stakeholders
