Manage or lead multiple consulting engagements
Serve as a key point of contact for clients
Manage project teams through design, development, and delivery of work products
Provide strategic direction, problem-solving expertise, and intellectual leadership
Execute rigorous research and analysis to develop actionable insights
Design, structure, and deliver high-quality client reports and presentations
Identify strategic alternatives to address complex client questions
Support follow-on work and identify new business opportunities
Contribute to the development of intellectual property and reusable assets
Support proposal development and business development activities
Coach and mentor team members
Lead or contribute to internal initiatives related to recruiting, training, and team development

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
5+ years of relevant professional experience; additional experience in consulting strongly preferred
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries required
Project management experience strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Adaptability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly
Demonstrated leadership and people development experience
