Create and maintain all required project documentation
Work closely with technical specialists to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into technical IT and Telco solutions
Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects
Ensure successful implementations meet the needs of JT customers and the wider business
Manage project resources to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross‑functional change, ideally within Telecommunications and/or IT environments
Understanding of the challenges, dependencies and requirements associated with delivering projects in regulated, security‑conscious technical landscapes
Strong knowledge of the full project management lifecycle and different delivery methodologies
Experience creating project approval papers, business cases and comprehensive project documentation
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through detailed planning, execution and handover
Proven ability to negotiate, influence and engage senior stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and objectives
