Responsible for multiple large construction accounts
Adapt Zurich's Innovative Solutions to minimize impacts to customer losses
Leverage risk engineering tools to improve customer risk management
Deliver high quality consultative services to customers
Identify exposures and program risk control gaps
Develop and maintain customer and business partner relationships
Market and sell a range of fee services to customers
Provide risk improvement advice and conduct loss investigations
Assist customers with developing corporate and project-specific QA/QC and safety plans
Participate in Sales Team meetings and presentations
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations OR High School Diploma with 8+ years experience OR Zurich Certified Apprentice with Associates degree and 6+ years experience
Experience working in a team environment
Degree in Engineering, Health and Safety, Risk Management, or Construction Management preferred
Advanced knowledge of construction safety and associated risks
Professional certifications: CSP, ARM, CHST
High level of computer literacy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and iOS platforms
Proficiency in technical writing
