PFS Representative – DME Collections

Role Overview

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities
• Ensure reimbursement for services in a timely manner
• Build strong working relationships with assigned business units
• Respond to incoming calls and make outbound calls as required
• Work as part of the patient financial services team to achieve goals in days and dollars of outstanding accounts

Requirements

• 1 year experience in Patient Financial Services
• Collections and Accounts Receivable in healthcare
• Revenue Cycle experience
• Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and/or Waystar
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
