Role Overview

• Drive profitable multi-office growth across a defined geography.
• Create a business plan emphasizing growth through effective management of P&L.
• Drive revenue and asset growth by segmenting needs and prioritizing opportunities.
• Develop and execute performance improvement plans.
• Implement national recruiting strategies and lead recruiting efforts.
• Onboard and ramp up new advisors to drive growth.
• Provide coaching to branch managers and advisors on business planning and client acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-years).
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Active FINRA Series 7.
• Active FINRA Series 24, or S9/10.
• Active State Securities Agent Registration (S63 or S66).
• Active IAR Registration (S65 or S66).
• Active Life and Variable Contracts insurance licenses.
• Self-driven and achievement-oriented.
• Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
• Proven leadership skills.
