Role Overview
- Structures and executes derivatives strategies for hedging and yield enhancement across asset classes
- Supports the head of the Derivatives Desk across all aspects of the business
- Partners closely with the Nuveen Global Fixed Income investment team as well as Private Placements, Real Estate, Real Assets, and the TIAA General Account
- Develops a clear understanding of all hedging-related activity across Nuveen's business
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
- CFA preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of derivatives product structuring and pricing, including swaps and options
- Experience with Bloomberg, Murex, Charles River, and electronic FX trading platforms such as FXGO, FX Connect, and FXall
