Support the design and execution of recruiting processes to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency
Assist with sourcing efforts including talent mapping, outreach, and pipeline development
Help build and maintain recruiting resources including interview guides, scorecards, and hiring manager materials
Partner with the TA team to operationalize and organize candidate tracking within the ATS
Support coordination of interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Assist in building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for recruiting processes and best practices
Partner with People and Hiring Managers to collect and document Standard Operating Procedures and hiring workflows
Contribute to employer branding initiatives including job postings, social content, and candidate communications
Requirements
Interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Operations, or HR. This is a great opportunity for a college senior, recent graduate, or someone looking to make a career shift!
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience or interest in using tools such as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, or CRM systems

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.
