Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets in the data cable sector
Manage and expand existing customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
Conduct market analyses and research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, tenders, and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and customer projects
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Full responsibility for the development and growth of the assigned MMS (Multimedia Solutions) business in Germany
Requirements
Several years of professional experience
Knowledge of datacom (copper, fiber, connectivity) and broadband (FTTx) is an advantage
A network in the data center market is a plus
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to take initiative
Ability to build relationships across countries, cultures, functions, and levels in a complex environment to achieve business objectives
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and other relevant commercial software packages (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage
Willingness to travel
