Increase sales bookings and revenue by meeting targeted bookings, revenue, profit, and growth goals focused on strategic solutions, accounts, projects, and deals.
Build the sales team to work with new and existing customers and partners to drive required pipeline multipliers by product and by region.
Drive emerging product forecasting as well as weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and reporting.
Develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies, executing them to expand the business and achieve growth targets.
Lead the team, transforming it into a group of skilled Sales Specialists with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain close peer-level working relationships to contribute to the strategic and tactical success of Red Hat's core business in India.
Develop, coach, and mentor your team to grow the business, promoting effective sales strategies.
Motivate and inspire your team to take on competitors to expand Red Hat’s market share.
Serve as a spokesperson at external events (virtual and in-person), discussing market trends, Red Hat use cases, products, and services.
Lead the team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets by establishing sales goals, monitoring achievement, and supporting collaborative account team relationships.
Requirements
7-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in a technology organization.
Strong relationship orientation with proven ability to build credibility at all levels within a client organization, including the C-suite.
Hire and mentor tech sales professionals across India to lead with mastery in open innovation & culture
Experience in working with sales targets and leading teams to achieve them.
Demonstrated ability to use knowledge, processes, and solutions selling strategies and methodologies to meet revenue growth objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills (in English), including experience presenting to C-suite executives in large organizations.
Excellent focus on the customer and ability to gain access to senior decision-makers.
Ability to coach associates in the development of their solutions-selling skills to execute on-account plans.
