About this role
Role Overview
Provide operational support for both Vocational Training and Talent Development programs
Interface with a variety of associates and managers in various departments throughout Plant Spartanburg
Utilize various computer applications and daily communications
Project lead opportunities and attend regular meetings
Contribute to Talent Development Programs (TDP) by supporting onboarding activities and meetings
Attend TDP virtual and in-person workshops
Create weekly and quarterly TDP newsletters
Oversee and communicate weekly activities like Peer Driven Plant Tours
Conduct surveys and data analysis, providing feedback reports
Support recruiting Vocational Talent Programs and manage event coordination
Maintain inventory of recruiting giveaways and manage ordering processes
Lead onboarding processes for Vocational Talent Program participants
Plan and coordinate annual events such as PACE Graduation Ceremony and Scholar Graduation Ceremony
Requirements
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application
Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
Transfer students must have a GPA from current university
MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term
