Role Overview
- Set up rituals with managers and team members to build relationships of trust
- Accompany teams at all steps of the employee life cycle (on-boarding, feedback, performance assessment, etc.)
- Advise managers on organization design and individual performance reviews
- Advise employees on learning & development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company rules and contribute to new HR processes
- Participate in establishing projects related to the People team roadmap
- Build and run data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Requirements
- Strong experience in a similar position
- Well-rounded experience on a variety of HR-related topics: onboarding, learning & development, legal, compensation & benefits
- Excellent writing and conversational skills in both French and English
- Ability to drive performance management in a fast-growing company (+500 hires/year)
- Experience in designing organizations and anticipating future needs
