Write pattern-interrupting headlines that make it immediately clear what the product is and why it matters.
Produce multiple headline variations on the same angle, each with a distinct voice and structure.
Review every finished static ad before it ships, checking copy, layout, clarity, and creative variety across the designer's output.
Track what has been sent, what has been rejected, and what is performing to inform future creative direction.
Collaborate closely with a project manager to manage priorities, deadlines, and team output.
Use the Meta Ad Library to reverse-engineer competitor creative and identify emerging patterns in the market.
Requirements
3+ years of paid ads experience for DTC/e-commerce brands.
A repeatable research methodology you can walk through end-to-end.
A portfolio or work samples that show strong headline writing, ad creative strategy, and research-driven thinking.
Deep familiarity with Meta ad formats, Meta Ads Manager, and the Meta Ad Library.
A sharp research instinct.
The ability to articulate why an angle will work before it's tested.
The ability to write clear, scroll-stopping copy.
Strong quality taste.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment where output matters as much as quality.
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools like Claude Code for streamlining creative workflows is a strong plus.
