Requirements
A portfolio that shows range: talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, meme-edit — not one signature style
Comfort talking in performance terms (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, hold rate) and reading ad account data
You've personally shipped hundreds of ad variations, not dozens
Strong writing — hooks, scripts, captions. Most creative wins or loses in the first three seconds, and that's writing
You understand the full funnel: that ad creative interacts with landing page, offer, and audience, and you ask about all three
Nice to have
Background or genuine interest in markets, trading, quant finance, or technical subjects — you don't need to be a quant, but you should be able to learn this material fast and not make us cringe
You've built or grown your own creator account
