VIP Account Manager

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain existing premium customer relationships
• Develop account plans to maximize client business and product awareness
• Meet with and manage VIP customers
• Partner with VIP management to ensure budget and KPI’s are managed
• Ensure timely reporting on all account activity and KPIs
• Maintain relevant intelligence and business information within the CRM tool
• Retrieve reports to monitor and analyze data for account retention
• Work with relevant people to design and deliver local events strategy
• Provide exceptional bespoke service to high value clients
• Assist in mentoring and training new VIP Hosts
• Lead special projects to elevate VIP value propositions

Requirements

• Passionate about the industry
• Exemplary interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in providing white glove customer service
• Ability to pivot on demand and solve problems creatively
• Ability to obtain and hold industry regulator employee licensing
• Experience as a brand and product representative preferred
• Knowledge of the sports betting industry and products
• Extensive working knowledge of Casino and Sportsbook products
• Previous experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce/Oracle/Zendesk
• Previous experience using Analytical Platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or Amplitude
