About this role
Role Overview
Act as a technical resource within Secure Managed Services team.
Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues and incidents.
Deliver troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure, and custom applications.
Support incident resolution and engage with vendors and teams.
Drive automation and monitoring enhancements to improve restoration times.
Requirements
Experience in a technical support or service desk role.
Skilled at diagnosing technical issues and identifying root causes.
Build strong relationships and communicate clearly with clients.
Take initiative and seek ways to improve service delivery.
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Dynamics 365, Azure admin tasks, Windows 11 support, and identity & security services.
Eligible to hold UK security clearance.
