Ensures accurate reporting on key talent analytics are delivered, consults with senior leadership, and collaborates with stakeholders to align with business strategy.
Responsible for enhancing talent solutions processes, leveraging technology, and continuously improving organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
Five years' experience with two years in leadership
