Execute Risk & Resiliency frameworks for Financial Protection & Retirement Solutions (FPRS) and Client Solutions & Wealth Management (CSWM)
Manage operational risk profile for FPRS and CSWM
Enable informed business decision-making by providing oversight and proactive risk insights
Act as a trusted advisor to FPRS and CSWM Leadership
Develop business continuity plans and resiliency solutions for critical dependencies
Drive maintenance of the Risk Register (ServiceNow) for FPRS and CSWM
Oversee consolidation and synthesis of risk data across all domains
Drive a risk-aware culture within the organization

5+ years of experience in operational risk management or a related risk discipline
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Flexibility and resourcefulness in managing multiple priorities
Ability to accelerate impact and the desire to lead change
Insurance experience preferred
