Role Overview
Prepare journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and support the month-end/year-end close process**- Review and reconcile credit card transactions **
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable **
- Develop and maintain Excel-based reports to analyze financial data and support month-end close and reporting processes**
- Prepare schedules and gather documentation for external audits**
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting**
- Research cash application transactions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting**- CPA Candidate or CPA Eligible**
- 1-3 years of corporate accounting experience**
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principle**
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
