Processing and execution of payrolls for clients and monitoring of all payroll processes
Independent coordination and submission of reports to social security agencies and tax authorities
Point of contact for clients regarding payroll questions, both by phone and in writing
Collaboration within the team and mutual support in day-to-day operations
Monitoring and implementation of legal changes in the area of payroll accounting
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
At least one year of experience in payroll and salary accounting
IT proficiency and willingness to learn new programs and processes
Customer-focused, flexible and independent way of working
Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
