About this role
Role Overview
Owns and develops relationships within the existing customer base
Positions Workday products and Kainos products and services
Actively supports the sales process
Partners with engagement teams during project delivery
Ensures the delivery of high-quality services
Develops joint go-to-market strategies
Accountable for project financials
Participates in customer steering committee meetings
Develops and sustains customer executive relationships
Serves as the escalation point for resolving customer issues
Drives strategies for steady adoption of Workday's innovation
Identifies up-sell, cross-sell, and AMS extension sales opportunities
Requirements
12-15 years of working experience
Strong presence and confidence
Excellent customer focus
Builds relationships at a senior level
Proactively identifies risks
Resolves customer escalations appropriately
Excellent communicator
Sound ability to formally present to senior client audiences
High level consulting experience
Knowledge of project management disciplines
Strong commercial awareness
Understanding of project management and business dynamics
Awareness of industry trends
Deadline driven
Ability to balance customer demands and sales targets.
Willingness to assist wherever needed.
Ability to travel to customer sites if required.
