Requirements
- Native-level French (written and spoken)
- Positive attitude, customer-oriented and solution-focused
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools
- Customer support experience preferred but not required
- Valid authorization to work in the EU for Portugal
- Stable internet connection and suitable home workspace
- Availability for rotating shifts (24/7) or Monday–Friday depending on the project
