TalentPop App is building a team of talented remote professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) to provide outstanding support across voice, chat, and email channels while helping customers feel heard, valued, and supported.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support via inbound calls, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot issues effectively and find quick resolutions
- Personalize interactions to build strong customer relationships
- Work closely with your team to enhance the customer experience
- Offer feedback to refine our service quality
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English
- 1+ year of remote/online experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure
- Personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor
- Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speeds
- Previous experience with bilingual customer support is an advantage
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus
- Familiarity with E-Commerce and CRM systems is a plus
