About this role
Role Overview
Grow the existing property portfolio for the French market by acquiring new properties and meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Meet and or exceed the required new property conversion rate, which is sales leads provided versus sales leads converted.
Attend all sales appointments booked by potential landlords.
Manage a high volume of incoming emails and sales calls with timely and professional responses.
Create accurate and competitive property estimate quotes that support successful acquisition.
Ensure all service contracts are prepared professionally and sent to landlords timeously.
Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM.
Requirements
One to three years experience in direct sales, telesales or selling a service to a diverse client base.
Fluent in French (spoken and written). Advanced level of competency in English.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently without requiring close supervision.
Strong customer relations skills, with effective listening and negotiation abilities.
Positive attitude, resilience and ability to perform well under pressure.
