Play a vital role in the installation, servicing, PLC programming/troubleshooting, and support of capital equipment
Program, debug, and troubleshoot PLC systems and other automation controls
Troubleshoot customer equipment issues on-site and provide timely solutions
Assist with on-site installations and upgrades of machinery
Conduct routine and emergency servicing, diagnosing issues
Train customer operation and maintenance personnel with an emphasis on safety
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Controls
A two-year post-high school diploma/certificate in electro-mechanical technology or a similar associate/technical degree OR a high school diploma with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience in PLC programming, debugging, and troubleshooting PLC systems and other automation controls
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and control systems
Strong mechanical aptitude and customer relations skills
