About this role

Own a portfolio of large-scale field programs across multiple countries
Hold end-to-end accountability for scope, timelines, budget, and data quality
Oversee project setup, resourcing, training, and final data submission
Drive delivery quality by identifying systemic gaps and owning QA processes
Directly manage and develop Country Field Managers and indirectly lead large field teams
Serve as the senior Field Operations contact for assigned projects
Partner with senior stakeholders across various departments for alignment and execution

8+ years of experience in field operations, data collection, or large-scale service delivery
At least 3 years in a senior management role
Demonstrated success in delivering high-volume data collection programs
Proven experience building and managing large-scale agent/enumerator networks of 5,000+
Expertise in designing and monitoring QA frameworks
Experience in budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multicultural stakeholders
Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record; advanced degree a plus
Fluency in French is a plus.
