Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and boost retention.
Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level on priorities and dashboards.
Requirements
Startup or consulting background in product/operations.
Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.
Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems
Nice to have: experience, ability, or interest with UI/UX, AI, software engineering
