Role Overview
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation during family therapy sessions.
- Assist families by interpreting and explaining individual treatment plans.
- Accurately communicate client progress, concerns, and feedback to therapists.
- Administer Quarterly Consumer Satisfaction Surveys and document results.
- Provide interpretation services during family advocacy and support services.
- Attend monthly Family Support Worker (FSW) staff meetings and trainings.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports through the EHR system.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must have reliable personal transportation.
- Must have or be able to obtain an LLC/EIN.
