6+ months of experience working in a recruiter role
Post secondary education equivalent to a diploma or degree in HR or a related field
Mass recruitment experience is an asset
Ability to network in areas of need, including colleges, community & employment centres
Positive Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required
Competency using technology, both computers and mobile Apps
Experience and ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and work well under tight deadlines and pressure
A dynamic individual with a natural drive to achieve goals
