• Run a tight customer-feedback loop. Turn enterprise customer feedback into a prioritized, defensible roadmap
• Own competitive positioning and pricing. Track the biometric and identity landscape and shape packaging and pricing grounded in real unit economics
• Operate with high agency. Get to independent operation within ~60 days and start clearing the highest-impact work early

Requirements:

• A technical background and fluent with technical systems: distributed transactional systems, machine learning, operational metrics, COGS, and SDK delivery
• you should be able to do query, debug and do root cause analysis independently
• Experience thriving in a scale-up: high ambiguity, fast pace, and challenging environments
• Strong understanding of B2B2C user experience: fluency in the end-user experience inside a business product
• ~5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in fintech or marketplace products
• Background in authentication, security, or identity
• Previous Software Engineering / Data Science development experience
• Ability to program is a plus
