ADP is seeking an experienced and transformational Vice President, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Sales to lead the growth and execution of our HRO business across Canada.

 

As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape business strategy, champion innovation, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and client success. Provide strategic leadership across ADP's HRO portfolio and growth initiatives, partnering closely with executive stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes. Establish governance, performance metrics, and enablement strategies that accelerate revenue growth, strengthen market position, and support long-term business success.

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HRO growth strategies that align product, positioning, and go-to-market priorities with business objectives.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies that accelerate revenue, market penetration, and client acquisition.
• Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, Service, and Implementation to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Align business priorities with evolving market conditions, competitive dynamics, and client needs to drive sustainable growth.
• Utilize market insights, performance data, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Drive sales enablement, training, and coaching initiatives that increase productivity, effectiveness, and solution adoption.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators, governance processes, and business reviews to ensure accountability and execution excellence.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business performance.
• Strengthen ADP's market presence by ensuring business strategies reflect the company's evolving value proposition and long-term vision.
• Build strong partnerships across the organization to align resources, accelerate execution, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience with accountability for revenue growth and business performance.
• 5+ years leading high-performing sales teams and driving business results.
• Proven success developing and executing growth strategies.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and execute strategic initiatives.
• Executive presence with strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and drive results in a matrixed environment.
• Strong leadership and talent development capabilities.
• Ability to travel as required.

• Experience in HCM, HRO, Payroll, HR Technology, SaaS, or related industries.
• Experience leading large-scale B2B sales teams.
• Strategic planning and change leadership experience.
• Executive and C-suite engagement experience.
• Knowledge of workforce management, outsourcing, or HR services.
