Project Management Senior Specialist - Climate Technology Solutions (d/f/m)

Baker Hughes is hiring a Project Management Senior Specialist for its Climate Technology Solutions Equipment team. The role manages complex energy-transition projects from execution through closeout, with accountability for contractual delivery, project financials, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments
• Being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes
• Making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets
• Addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out
• Acting as innovator, able to work with complex EPC projects, including New Products Development (NPD) content
• Interface with subject matter experts across hydrogen technologies, CCUS processes, turbomachinery, compression, and digital solutions as applicable

Requirements:

• Engineering Master's degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, or equivalent) and relevant experience in Project Management in Oil&Gas, Energy or Industrial sector
• proficiency in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash
• strong focus on value delivery and customer satisfaction
