Senior Product Manager, Delivery

RxPx is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Delivery to lead product roadmap delivery and new client program launches across its Healthcare Professional and Patient platforms. The role owns releases from requirements through launch, oversees the Product Owner and Implementation team, and partners on selected discovery and product development initiatives in a regulated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product releases and client change requests, from requirements definition through user acceptance testing, release and post-launch support
• Evaluate client requests and recommend whether each is best addressed through configuration, a client-specific solution or a new platform capability; communicate these decisions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, clear and testable before development begins
• Oversee the work of the Product Owner and Implementation team, providing coaching and guidance to improve the quality and consistency of delivery
• Lead the definition and delivery of third-party integrations, including data mapping, interface specifications and testing
• Oversee user acceptance testing, defect triage and release readiness, ensuring documentation and validation evidence meet quality and regulatory standards
• Ensure product changes follow change control, privacy, security and quality management processes, and support client audits and compliance reviews
• Apply AI tools and automation across the delivery lifecycle to improve the speed, quality and consistency of requirements, testing, documentation and release management
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Implementation and Client Services to manage scope, timelines and risks
• Partner with the VP Product to lead discovery on selected initiatives, including user research, problem definition and solution validation
• Use AI-enabled tools to prototype user experiences and workflows, and validate concepts with users, clients and Engineering prior to development
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system and front-end component architecture to support consistent delivery across platforms
• Help define, evaluate and responsibly deliver AI-enabled product features, including appropriate evaluation criteria and safeguards
• Use product analytics to measure adoption and impact, and apply insights to future product decisions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of product management or product ownership experience, including delivering products in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare or financial services
• Demonstrated experience delivering third-party system integrations, including RESTful APIs and SFTP-based file transfers
• Proven ability to define requirements and acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, coordinate user acceptance testing and manage multiple concurrent releases
• Demonstrated ability to balance client requirements with long-term product objectives, and to communicate decisions constructively to clients and stakeholders
• Experience with adverse event reporting, MLR review and REMS requirements in patient support programs
• Experience coaching or mentoring product owners, business analysts or other team members
• Practical experience using AI tools in product work, such as prototyping, research synthesis or documentation
• Experience with product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude or Looker
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience working effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly with patient support programs
• Experience with design systems, front-end component architecture and AI-assisted prototyping
• Background in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering or implementation
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality frameworks such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, Computer System Validation and 21 CFR Part 11
• Familiarity with AI governance standards for regulated environments, such as ISO/IEC 42001
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
