Sales Development Representative

MS SHIFT is hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify prospective customers, generate and qualify leads, and schedule software demonstrations. The role supports the sales team in building a strong pipeline for its enterprise SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting
• Cold call hotels, resorts, casinos, and enterprise organizations
• Research decision makers using LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other tools
• Send personalized email campaigns and follow-up communications
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Meet daily activity goals for calls, emails, and meetings booked
• Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions
• Learn MS SHIFT products and communicate value effectively

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
• 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, inside sales, or hospitality sales experience preferred
• Hospitality technology experience is a plus but not required
