Salesforce Business Analyst

Stealth Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a federal client. The role translates stakeholder needs into user stories, configures Salesforce with declarative tools, and partners with project teams through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery sessions
• Diagram and optimize current-state and future-state business processes
• Define epics and break them down into features and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools
• Support system testing and user acceptance testing, including creating and executing test cases
• Collaborate with developers, QA testers, product owners, and end users to deliver solutions successfully
• Perform other related duties as assigned in support of contract requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Administrator
• At least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and declarative solutions
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Familiarity with tools such as Lucidchart, Jira, and Azure DevOps
• Prior experience supporting federal or public sector clients
• Willingness to maintain current Salesforce certifications and earn new ones as needed
