Leasing Representative-Reserve at Ridgewood Apartments

Can you turn a prospect's "I'm just looking" into "Where do I sign?"

Reserve at Ridgewood is looking for a Leasing Consultant who knows how to create excitement, build relationships, and make future residents feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.

We're searching for someone with 2+ years of leasing experience, strong sales and customer service skills, and weekend availability. Someone who can confidently lead a tour, overcome objections, and turn first impressions into signed leases.

What you'll do:

• Tour prospective residents through the community
• Guide applicants through the leasing process
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation
• Build lasting resident relationships
• Deliver exceptional service every day
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

This isn't a desk job. It's a people job. One moment you're helping someone find their next home. The next, you're celebrating a move-in and creating an experience they'll remember long after they've unpacked the last box.

Ready to trade boring workdays for lease wins, move-in celebrations, and a career you can be proud of? Apply today!
