Enterprise Business Development Representative

TigerConnect provides clinical collaboration and healthcare communication solutions. The Enterprise Business Development Representative identifies and qualifies enterprise healthcare prospects, builds pipeline through outbound prospecting, and books qualified meetings for assigned Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for your assigned Account Executive through strategic outbound prospecting
• Make 75+ cold calls per day to prospective enterprise healthcare customers
• Independently manage and maintain your assigned book of business with strong organization and attention to detail
• Research and identify key healthcare decision-makers (e.g., CNO, CMIO, CIO, IT and Operations leaders) within target accounts
• Communicate TigerConnect’s value proposition clearly and effectively to prospective customers
• Maintain CRM accuracy in Salesforce and use Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo to prospect efficiently and with high impact
• Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to generate pipeline and progress deals
• Build a working understanding of the healthcare industry, including customer workflows, operational challenges, and key performance metrics
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly meeting and pipeline targets
• Use AI prospecting tools and the team’s sales stack to research target accounts, build call lists, and prioritize outreach
• Use AI to tailor messaging to the roles and priorities of healthcare decision-makers such as CNOs, CMIOs, and CIOs
• Use AI to prepare for calls and keep CRM notes and follow-ups accurate and efficient

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional work experience, including at least 1 year of SaaS BDR/SDR experience or experience in a closing role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, and ZoomInfo, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and competitive, and thrives in a pay-for-performance environment
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (75+ calls per day)
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with AI prospecting software and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence tools
• Experience prospecting into acute healthcare organizations
