Director of Project Management

AlReesh International Real Estate Company is seeking a Director of Project Management to oversee complex initiatives across its real estate services portfolio. The role leads project planning, execution, and delivery, aligns projects with strategic goals, and improves project management processes while mentoring project managers.

Responsibilities:

• The Director of Project Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing complex initiatives across our real estate services portfolio
• This role leads project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scopes, managing risks, and tracking progress against key milestones
• The Director will implement and refine project management processes, produce clear reports for senior leadership, and align projects with strategic business goals
• This position also mentors project managers, promotes collaboration, and drives continuous improvement in how projects are managed and executed

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and Program Management to lead multiple initiatives and portfolios effectively
• Strong Budgeting and financial management skills to plan, track, and optimize project and program costs
• Proven Team Leadership experience, including guiding cross-functional teams and developing project management talent
• Background in Process Improvement, with the ability to design, implement, and refine frameworks and workflows
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in project management tools and software
• Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field
• advanced degree or PMP certification
