Sales Development Representative

Trellis AI builds AI agents that automate healthcare processes related to access to specialty medications. The Sales Development Representative researches prospective healthcare organizations, conducts multi-channel outreach, qualifies prospects, and books meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

• Own a monthly target for meetings held with the right decision-makers in operations, revenue cycle, and pharmacy
• Make cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage on LinkedIn, using AI tools to research accounts and tailor your message
• Find out whether a prospect has the problem we solve, what systems they use, and who decides, before handing them to an AE
• Follow up fast on conference leads, webinar sign-ups, and inbound interest
• Log every touch and meeting so the team has an accurate view of pipeline
• Share what messaging lands and what doesn't, and help test new segments and talk tracks

Requirements:

• 1+ years in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role
• strong new grads also welcome
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, especially cold calling
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication
• Curiosity to learn a complex industry and explain it simply
• Discipline and organization: you hit your activity goals and follow up relentlessly
• Interest in AI tools and ways to work smarter, not just harder
• Ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
• US citizen/visa only
• Healthcare, pharmacy, or B2B SaaS exposure is a plus
