Sales & Business Development Representative

AllTerra Arms builds premium hunting rifles and is hiring a Sales & Business Development Representative to grow direct sales, dealer relationships, and new business. The role manages customer sales, supports and expands the dealer network, represents the company at industry events, and coordinates with marketing and production.

Responsibilities:

• Manage direct sales from initial conversation through follow-up and purchase, helping customers choose the right rifle and options for their needs
• Support and grow our dealer network through regular communication, product education, and help moving rifles off the rack
• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, partnerships, events, and other creative approaches
• Stay connected with existing customers to encourage repeat business and introductions to other hunters
• Represent AllTerra at trade shows, dealer visits, shooting events, and other industry gatherings
• Work with marketing and production to support promotions, communicate customer needs, and set clear expectations
• Keep contacts, opportunities, and follow-up organized so nothing falls through the cracks
• Pitch in on the day-to-day needs of a growing small business

Requirements:

• Real knowledge and firsthand experience in hunting and precision rifles, with the credibility to talk equipment and field use with experienced customers
• Sales or business development experience and the ability to build relationships, earn trust, and close business
• A proactive, self-directed approach to finding opportunities and following through
• Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing
• Comfort working with both individual customers and dealer businesses
• A practical, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take ownership beyond a narrow job description
• Experience selling premium rifles, optics, or related hunting equipment
