AI/ML Engineer

Java Holdings Ltd is hiring an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, integrate and deploy AI and machine learning solutions across the enterprise. The role focuses on generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, predictive analytics and production AI operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI applications, LLM-powered solutions, RAG systems and AI agents
• Build intelligent workflows and integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs and data sources
• Liaise with the data and analytics team to develop data pipelines and prepare structured and unstructured data for AI and machine learning applications
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models for forecasting, classification, prediction and other business use cases
• Deploy, monitor and maintain AI applications and models in production environments
• Implement testing, version control, CI/CD, monitoring and MLOps practices to ensure solution reliability and maintainability
• Evaluate AI solution quality, performance, accuracy, cost and scalability
• Apply security, privacy, access control and responsible AI principles in accordance with enterprise policies
• Liaise with other teams to maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise AI solutions
