National Account Sales Manager

The Wittern Group is hiring a National Account Sales Manager to deliver sales and gross profit for its USI division. The role leads territory sales and develops growth-focused relationships with strategic accounts and target markets to increase customer growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Exceed assigned sales and profitability targets
• Assist with the sales strategy of the assigned territory
• Build best-in-class customer relationships and customer satisfaction
• Be the sales champion for new products and initiatives
• Take a leading role in presentations and proposals for national accounts
• Identify market trends, competitors, and new sales leads
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to develop promotional materials
• Negotiate sales contract terms with clients
• Identify and contact potential new customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a National Account Manager, Account Manager, or a similar position in the Sales industry
• Data and results-driven approach
• Experience working with corporate and entrepreneurial clients
• Ability to work cross functionally to solve business issues
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and research-driven individual
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Experience in automated retail preferred such as vending or smart markets a plus
