Project Manager - Data Center

Churchill Cost Consultants is hiring a Regional Program Manager to oversee data center and infrastructure initiatives for a Fortune 100 technology firm. The role leads end-to-end delivery across multiple sites, managing project budgets, schedules, construction readiness, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple infrastructure projects at different stages of the construction lifecycle, including early planning and preconstruction
• Ensure each project meets high standards for safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance
• Manage the full project lifecycle—from design and construction through handover, closeout, and lessons learned
• Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks, delays, and mitigation plans
• Work closely with vendors, consultants, and contractors to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Balance flexibility with financial discipline, ensuring changes in scope stay within budget and schedule limits
• Identify and drive process improvements related to infrastructure delivery, billing tools, and operational workflows
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and alignment with broader program goals
• Take ownership of large capital programs end-to-end, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and strategically
• Build strong partnerships and influence across all levels of the organization to achieve successful outcomes

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Right to work in the United States
• 7-10 YOE required in construction-focused Project Management or Program Management
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and schedule management
• Hand-on experience with contract negotiations, change order management, purchase orders, invoices and RFIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across teams and stakeholder
• Background in mission-critical, hyperscale, or heavy civil infrastructure projects
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• OSHA certifications or other safety training
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
