Senior Perception Engineer

Strive Robotics is hiring a Senior Perception Engineer to build the systems robots use to understand and interact with manufacturing environments. The role owns perception architecture and implementation, initially focusing on accurate object localization for loading and assembly, and carries systems from development through deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Build object detection, 6D pose estimation, and scene understanding systems that support reliable manipulation at customer pilot sites
• Develop calibration, tracking, and sensor fusion across RGB, stereo, and depth cameras, incorporating force and tactile feedback
• Strengthen our perception stack through data collection, evaluation pipelines, and testing on physical robots. Set technical direction and carry systems from development through deployment
