Project Manager - North America (EOI)

Bravas Technology is hiring its first US-based Project Manager to lead customer projects across North America and the UK. The role combines winning and scoping customer work, coordinating delivery with Bravas’s central team, quality-checking deliverables, and building relationships that generate referrals and follow-on work.

Responsibilities:

• Run discovery calls with customers referred by Mitti by SafetyCulture account executives and CSMs or leads that our marketing can source, then scope and quote the work
• Write scopes of work and proposals, follow up, and close. Typical projects are implementations, template and training builds, asset management rollouts, audits of existing accounts, integrations and Frontline registers and dashboards
• Build relationships with the US and UK Mitti by SafetyCulture sales teams so you are the first partner they call. Use AEs to help move stalled deals
• Own your pipeline in HubSpot and work towards a monthly services target
• Spot follow-on work in live projects: retainers, next phases, Frontline upsells
• Deliver whatever the customer needs. That might be a Mitti by SafetyCulture rollout, a Frontline build or an integration, often a mix. We treat it all as one body of work
• Kick off projects, gather customer data and requirements, and set a clear plan and timeline
• Delegate builds to the central team: consultants for Mitti by SafetyCulture configuration, instructional designers for training content, engineers for integrations and automations
• Quality-check what the team produces before it reaches the customer
• Run workshops, training sessions and go-lives with customers in US and UK time zones
• Keep scope under control. Additional work is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts
• Meet regularly with Mitti by SafetyCulture AEs, CSMs and partner teams to learn where their customers are hitting problems
• Build relationships with other technology partners we establish in the region, and find work we can deliver together
• Turn those conversations into referrals and position Bravas as the first call for solving customer problems

Requirements:

• You're a Mitti by SafetyCulture expert
• Either way, you know the platform inside out
• You're entrepreneurial
• you'll own the US business as if it were your own
• Experience running several customer projects at once, from kickoff to go-live
• Confidence selling services: running discovery, writing a scope, quoting and closing
• Existing relationships with Mitti by SafetyCulture AEs and CSMs in the US or UK
• Experience in EHS, risk or compliance (manufacturing, construction, facilities, logistics, hospitality, healthcare)
• Familiarity with HR and workforce systems (Workday, UKG, Deputy, Tanda) or integration tools
• Claude / ChatGPT business experience and a habit of using AI tools
