Digital / Principal Digital Product Manager

Federal Express Corporation is hiring a Principal Digital Product Manager to lead strategy for a major product line, platform capability, or customer lifecycle segment. The role guides multiple product teams, tracks business outcomes, and represents the product group in executive and strategic forums.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive strategy for a product group or portfolio with multiple dependencies
• Lead strategic planning and prioritization in partnership with senior product, engineering, and commercial leaders
• Guide the work of multiple product teams, ensuring cohesion, clarity, and accountability
• Deeply understand customer journeys and market dynamics to inform platform evolution
• Track and report business outcomes, adoption metrics, and financial performance
• Coach PMs across teams and help shape the organization's product management discipline
• Represent your product group in steering committees, exec reviews, and roadmap alignment forums

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations
• Proven ability to lead without authority and influence across senior leadership
