We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with 11+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Create and maintain user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and business teams.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals and success metrics.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage dependencies, risks, and competing business priorities.
Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality.
11+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis.
Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product backlog management.
Excellent knowledge of user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with roadmap planning and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional and technical teams.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
Experience with enterprise-level product development.
Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
Experience with product analytics and KPI tracking.
