Client Side Project Manager - UKG Ready

enhanceHCM is seeking a UKG Ready Implementation Project Manager for an interim, full-time remote role supporting HCM implementation projects. The role coordinates clients and vendor teams, manages project timelines and deliverables, and contributes expertise in system setup and module implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project implementation timelines, tasks, and deliverables from start to finish
• Serve as the liaison between clients and vendor teams to prioritize and resolve issues
• Provide expert insight and analysis of HCM system data and recommend improvements
• Lead or support the configuration and implementation of additional vendor modules
• Oversee inspections, logistics coordination, and expediting tasks as part of project execution
• Maintain clear documentation of project activities, decisions, and progress
• Ensure project milestones are met and that stakeholder expectations are aligned
• Operate effectively in a remote work setting while coordinating with hybrid and on-site teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, particularly within HCM or payroll environments, with hands-on experience in UKG Ready implementation and configuration
• Strong skills in expediting, inspection oversight, and logistics coordination
• Proven ability to lead executive-level discussions, manage complex client relationships, and influence key stakeholders across organizational levels
• Advanced relationship management and de-escalation skills, with a track record of building trust, aligning stakeholders, and driving consensus in challenging situations
• Demonstrated ability to create structure, clarity, and alignment across multiple projects and diverse teams in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for managing expectations and resolving conflicts proactively
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and timelines
• Familiarity with HCM systems and related module implementation, with a focus on driving successful outcomes through UKG Ready expertise
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions
• Proven ability to work both collaboratively and independently, maintaining ownership and accountability for results
• Private equity or M&A integration experience is highly desirable
• Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) is a plus
