Vice President of Project Management

Trio Impact Invest is hiring a Vice President of Project Management to oversee projects across its portfolio and internal initiatives. The role manages project lifecycles, leads teams, monitors budgets and risks, and establishes project management standards aligned with investment strategies and organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and coordinating projects across Trio Impact Invest’s portfolio and internal initiatives
• Manages end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with investment strategies and organizational objectives
• Lead project teams, define priorities, establish timelines, and monitor progress, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans
• Collaborating with investment, operations, and portfolio company stakeholders; managing budgets and resources; preparing project status reports; and refining processes to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Setting project management standards, mentoring team members, and contributing to strategic decision-making related to deeptech investments and portfolio development

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
• a track record of delivering complex projects in a remote or distributed setting
